What my customers think

As you may already know, the news is generally not news unless it is BAD news, so it is hard for good complements to come by because of this human nature. It is said for every one good comment, there are at least other 73 good comments not mentioned. I thank each person who has taken their personal time to take the surveys and rate me as they did.

As you may note from the customer testimonials below, the number keeps decreasing as the years approach to the current time, this is simply because because over the past few years I have graduated from sales to assistant internet manager to internet manager to fleet director.

10/26/04 MT ELGHETANY 05 ODYSSEY CUSTOMER STATED EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT AND QUICK. HE HAS GONE BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP AFTER NOT USING THEM FOR QUITE A WHILE. HIS SALESPERSON'S KNOWLEDGE WAS GREAT AS WELL AS THE BUSINESS MANAGER. HE SAID HE IS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PAPERWORK PHASE OF THE PURCHASE.

10/14/04 WA LOOPER 05 ACCORD CUSTOMER STATED THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST VEHICLE BUYING EXPERIENCES HE EVER HAD. HE SAID SAMIR WAS HELPFUL AND ENTHUSIASTIC. HE SAID THE SALESPERSON SAMIR FOUND HIM EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS LOOKING FOR. HE STATED THE WHOLE PROCESS WENT VERY SMOOTHLY. HE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO HIS OWN MOTHER. HE STATED THEY HAD THE VEHICLE READY BY THE TIME THE PAPERWORK WAS DONE.

SHE SAID SHE WOULD LIKE THE SALESPERSON TO KNOW HOW GRATEFUL SHE IS THAT HE COULD PULL UP THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE TWO VEHICLES SHE WAS LOOKING AT ON THE COMPUTER AND GIVE HER THE CHANCE TO DECIDE WHICH VEHICLE SHE WANTED TO PURCHASE.

7/19/04 04 Civic Hybrid 5spd MT M&R. NOBLE. CUSTOMER STATED HE HAD A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE BUYING HIS HONDA.

6/21/04 04 Element 2WD EX AT D. ENLOE CUSTOMER STATED TO KEEP DOING THE EXCELLENT JOB. SHE SAID SHE PLANS TO RETURN IN TWO YEARS.

5/31/04 04 Accord A&T. PACK CUSTOMER STATED HER SALESPERSON WAS EXCELLENT, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO THEM.

5/27/04 04 Civic VP Coupe AT J. TAYLOR CUSTOMER STATED SALESPERSON SAMIR WAS GREAT BUT THERE WAS ONE MISUNDERSTANDING REGARDING THE TYPE OF TRANSMISSION HE WANTED (PRIOR PURCHASE). PROBLEM RESOLVED.

4/29/04 04 Accord L. PHILLIPS CUSTOMER STATED THAT SHE HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THAT DLRSHIP AND SAID THE PEOPLE THERE WERE GREAT.

4/26/04 04 CR-V EX AT P. DUNCAN CUSTOMER STATED SAMIR, HER INTERNET SALESPERSON, GETS GOLD STARS. SHE SAID HE WAS THE ONLY SALESPERSON THAT EXPLAINED THE CR-V TO HER IN DETAIL YET WAS PERSONABLE AND UPBEAT.

4/26/04 04 Civic A. LIGRANI CUSTOMER STATED THIS DLR IS SUPER. HE SAID HE HAS BEEN PURCHASING FORDS BUT NOW HE WILL BE PURCHASING HONDAS FROM NOW ON.

4/22/04 04 Civic M&C. MCBURNETT.  CUSTOMER STATED THAT THEIR SALESPERSON SAMIR WAS HONEST, FORTHRIGHT AND EXCELLENT. HE SAID THEY WILL RETURN.

3/11/04 04 Accord B. WILSON CUSTOMER STATED THE TWO SALES PEOPLE THAT HELPED HER, SAMIR AND MAX, WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH.

3/08/04 04 Pilot J&R. HUGGER. CUSTOMER STATED THAT ALLOWING THE CUSTOMER TO DO THE TEST DRIVE SHOULD BE STANDARD AND WITHOUT A SALESPERSON.

Negative is normal, but positive has to be sought after!
